The Scotland Chapter of the Institute of Operational Risk is pleased to announce an upcoming event on 13th June, aimed at all Operational Risk practitioners.
This event is free of charge of institute members and £20 for non-members.

09:00 – Operational Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance Risk
Presentation and Q&A led by Alan Balanowski (head of Regulatory Compliance Risk Strategy, HSBC) & Scarlett Walker (Regulatory Compliance Framework lead, HSBC). Alan and Scarlett will provide an overview of regulatory compliance risk management as part of an interconnected framework, providing insight into the challenges of changing the risk management culture of a global compliance function.
09:45 – Digitlsation of the risk function
Roundtable discussion led by Rob King (Senior Manager, EY) and Craig Sim (Manager, EY). Rob and Craig will discuss digital transformation and how it could impact banks and risk functions now and in the future.
10:30 – Close
The event will be free to Members; but charged to Non-Members for a fee of £20, which is collected through the booking process.
