Notice is hereby formally given to all Voting members that the Institute of Operational Risk will hold its 14th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 21st November 2018 commencing at 6.00 pm at The Hatton, 51-53 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8HN.
The Annual General Meeting is open to all Fellows, Members and Professional Members of the Institute (the Voting Members), while Associate Members are welcome to attend as observers.
The Agenda for the 14th Annual General Meeting will be distributed in due course, together with other relevant papers and a voting proxy form.
Voting Members who are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting may cast their votes on agenda items requiring a vote in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Institute.
