Could anyone help me with critical Risks (LPHI) in UK water companies? These are currently managed as Parent Risks with multiple children but scored against a single PID. How are these managed and reported? Do you score them against a single PID at corporate level or can you decompose them through taxonomy to proved a greater granular level of management. They all have good solid levels of controls in place yet management seem determined to treat them and report them differently. Any suggestions greatly welcomed.
